Four pillars, never compromised.
Every cat at Ironmane Coons is a product of deliberate choice — a quiet pursuit of the heavy European silhouette, the steady temperament, and the rare gentleness that defines a true family companion. We breed rarely, raise carefully, and place selectively.
European Bloodlines
Foundational cats hand-selected from established catteries across Russia, Poland, and Italy — for the heavy bone, profound muzzle, and lynx-tipped ears that define the European silhouette at its most iconic.
Health Tested
Every parent is N/N cleared for HCM (hypertrophic cardiomyopathy), SMA (spinal muscular atrophy), and PKDef (anemia), and cardiology screened by echocardiogram. Health is the floor — not the ceiling.
Raised in Our Home
Underfoot from day one. Daily handling, early neurological stimulation, and exposure to children, dogs, and the gentle rhythm of a real household — the foundation of the calm Ironmane temperament.
Lifetime Support
Ironmane remains a resource for every family — through the first night, the awkward adolescent year, and every season after. We mentor, we answer, we stay involved for the lifetime of your cat.

Commanding presence. Quiet temperament.
Calhoun is the cornerstone of our program — a profound muzzle, high-set lynx-tipped ears, and a disposition of pure gold. From a foundational European line, he will pass his structure and softness to every Ironmane litter.

Early to Late November 2026
- Expected Colors
- Solid Black · Black Smoke (possible)
- Expected Temperament
- Calm, family-room disposition. Confident with children, dogs, and household life. Quiet, observant, deeply social.
- Expected Go Home Timeline
- Kittens go home at approximately 12–14 weeks of age — with their age-appropriate FVRCP series and deworming complete, rabies given when age and state law allow, microchipped, litter trained, and acclimated to family life.
- Reservation Process
- Priority Waitlist families are introduced first. A reservation fee secures placement in waitlist order and is applied toward the kitten. We meet by video call, share the full health record, and remain available for the lifetime of every Ironmane kitten.

Raised Where Family Lives.
Our kittens are raised in the center of our home — on the linen sofa, under the dining table, beside the morning light. By the time they go home, every Ironmane kitten has known the gentle rhythm of a real household: children, footsteps, music, meals, and the easy companionship of a family.
