Raised with love in our Charleston home, these handsome boys are the newest members of the Ironmane Coons family.

The Iconic Five — One Week Old
Our five handsome boys have officially reached their first-week milestone. Elvis, Cash, Marlon, Dean, and Sinatra are growing, becoming more active, and beginning to explore their surroundings. Their little eyes are starting to open, and they're already crawling around their nesting area.
All five boys are nursing well, and Ravenel continues to be a wonderful, attentive mother. Each kitten is developing at his own pace, and we're excited to watch their individual personalities emerge over the coming weeks.

Where the current litter stands
The Iconic Five is the name of Ravenel and Calhoun's litter born October 11, 2026: Elvis, Cash, Marlon, Dean, and Sinatra, five Maine Coon boys. Elvis is blue; Cash, Marlon, Dean, and Sinatra are black. Hunley (Calhoun × Hunley) is expected October 28–31, 2026, and Calhoun × Sully is a planned future pairing, not yet confirmed pregnant. Priority Waitlist families are introduced first, in the order applications were received.

The lines
Our cats come from established catteries in Poland, Russia, and Italy. We chose them for bone structure, a square muzzle, and ear tufting — and, just as much, for an even, unhurried temperament. Each breeding cat is DNA screened before any pairing is planned.
The household
Kittens grow up in the kitchen and living room, handled daily by our children and used to the dog, the vacuum, and visitors. We keep in touch with every family afterward, for as long as they want to hear from us.
From our home
Ironmane is our household outside Charleston — two of us, our children, and a small number of European Maine Coons who live with us rather than near us.
We breed a few litters a year, from Polish, Russian, and Italian lines we chose for structure and steadiness. Every pairing waits on DNA results, and every kitten grows up in the kitchen and living room, handled daily.

- Kittens go home at 10 weeks of age, subject to each kitten's health and readiness — with their age-appropriate FVRCP series and deworming complete, rabies given when age and state law allow, microchipped, litter trained, and acclimated to family life.
- Reservation Process
- Priority Waitlist families are introduced first. A reservation fee secures placement in waitlist order and is applied toward the kitten. We meet by video call, share the full health record, and remain available for the lifetime of every Ironmane kitten.
Raised Where Family Lives.
Our kittens are raised in the center of our home — on the linen sofa, under the dining table, beside the morning light. By the time they go home, every Ironmane kitten has known the gentle rhythm of a real household: children, footsteps, music, meals, and the easy companionship of a family.
Health & Genetics
How a reservation unfolds
It begins with the Priority Waitlist — a short note on the color, sex, and timing you hope for. There is no cost to join, and the list is worked in order.
When kittens arrive, waitlist families are introduced first, in application order, and invited to place a Reservation Fee. From pairing through birth, you receive notes and photographs from the nursery as things happen.
At about five weeks, families choose in waitlist order from the kittens that match their reservation. Kittens go home at 10 weeks of age, subject to each kitten's health and readiness — vetted, FVRCP current, and delivered by flight nanny or in person.
