We have loved and owned Maine Coons for more than ten years. Our passion for the breed began long before we ever considered breeding — formed quietly, over years of living alongside these extraordinary cats.
Our own search for Maine Coons showed us how much trust, communication, and transparency matter when choosing a breeder. Those experiences shaped the values on which Ironmane Coons was built.
Rather than simply becoming breeders, we chose to build the kind of cattery we wished had existed when we began our own journey.

Every breeding cat at Ironmane Coons is comprehensively health tested — HCM, SMA, PKDef, and the full Optimal Selection genetic panel — and screened by a board-certified veterinary cardiologist. We share every report, willingly and openly.

Our foundation cats were selected from respected European catteries, chosen for the heavy silhouette, structural integrity, and gentleness the European lines are known for. Every pairing is intentional — measured against health, temperament, structure, longevity, and the preservation of exceptional bloodlines.
Our breeding program has been developed under the guidance and mentorship of respected Maine Coon breeders with more than thirty years of experience. We listen, we learn, and we hold ourselves to the standard they helped shape.
Raised where family lives.
Our breeding cats are cherished members of our family. Every kitten is raised inside our home with daily handling, enrichment, and socialization — on the linen sofa, under the dining table, beside the morning light. We intentionally produce a limited number of litters each year, because exceptional quality cannot be rushed.
